Poor service need to call then again and again to follow up the order, they just keep transferring the call which is lost of time and credit, better dont take any orders if they cannot handle it

Poor Service, we placed our order last wednesday and this delivery guy Sunil , inform us that it will be delivered yesterday SUNDAY, we tried calling him but he always say " On the way". Until now (MONDAY) our order is still on the way?
