I've had issues with setting up my account. I have tried multiple times to contact customer support through the number provided. No one answers. I am immediately hung up on. I have sent an email requesting assistance and have received no response. I have not yet been paired with a therapist and expect a full refund of my money. Do not go with this company. They have no support for any account issues.

Excellent service and super affordable price! For those who think that good therapy is not affordable, please consider Icare. Their therapist team is 5 stars, very compassionate, flexible, experient.
